“The Great Divorce” to open April 11

"The Great Divorce," a play adapted from the C.S. Lewis novel, will show at 8 p.m. on April 11–12 in Culbertson Auditorium on the campus of Sterling College. The show will feature the final work of two seniors, director Kyle Davis of Hoisington, and costumes designer Megan Reed of Mulvane. The box office opens on show nights at 7 p.m. and doors open at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for students and seniors.

Kindergarten round-up planned at CKCA

Central Kansas Christian Academy (CKCA) will hold its annual kindergarten round-up the week of April 7-11th. Parents of 2014/2015 kindergarten age students are invited to come by the school at 215 McKinley or call 792-3477 to schedule an appointment. Call the office for any additional information.

CKCA to hold open house

Central Kansas Christian Academy (CKCA)at 215 McKinley in Great Bend will be hosting its annual come-and-go open house between 6:30 and 8 p.m. on April 3rd. Teachers and staff will be on hand to provide tours of the facility and answer any questions perspective students and parents may have. Refreshments will be provided and served by administrative personnel as well as School Board members and their families.
