End Of School Year Bash

The Youth Workers Alliance of Great Bend is hosting an "End of School Year Bash 2011" event today at CrossPoint Church Great Bend. Doors will open at 6:45 p.m. and all ages are invited. The "End of School Year Bash" will consist of 4 live bands: Brian Brillhart, Jamison, (local band) Echelon, The Lost Colors, and guest speaker Andy Addis. There will be a $5 ticket price at the door and children 10 and under are free.

Youth group plans garage sale

The youth group of the Apostolic Church, 3920 Forest in Great Bend, is planning to hold a garage 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 30, at the church to raise money for a trip to its annual youth camp.
