Rosary in the Sky

The St. Joseph School children, teachers and parish members gathered to pray the rosary on Monday, Oct. 19th in the Parish Center. The month of October was dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, and the daily recitation of the rosary was encouraged. The 75 students of St. Joseph School, ranging in age from kindergarten through 8th grade, stood silently and reverently as the rosary was prayed.

Destination Paradise VBS starts Monday

Vacation Bible School at the Great Bend Seventh-day Adventist Church begins Monday evening, July 27 from 6:30-8:45 and closes Friday evening at 6:30 with a program for parents and friends. Hinton, Outreach for America founder, bringing Good News to Pawnee County

David Worth Hinton with Outreach For America will be ministering at Rozel Christian Fellowship at 7 p.m. Saturday July 25. The founder of the non-profit ministry designed to win the lost to Jesus Christ and train up disciples to do the same leads worship through country gospel music on guitar. Lutheran minister celebrates 10 year anniversary of ordination

The Congregations of St. Mark, Great Bend and St. Paul, Galatia will hold a joint Holy Communion Service on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Galatia. A catered meal will follow the service at noon. The congregations are celebrating Pastor Adam Wutka's 10th anniversary of his ordination in the ELCA, as well as 10 years with this joint parish.
