Indoor garage sale helps send Prince of Peace youth to national conference
Price of Peace Parish of Great Bend will have an indoor garage sale from 8 a.m. until noon on Saturday, Feb. 12, at the Parish Center, 4200 Broadway in Great Bend. St. John's Episcopal Church will hold a Christmas Eve service at 7:30 tonight at the church, 2701 17th St. The public is invited to a social hour to be held in the parish hall beginning at 6:30 p.m. and the Mass to follow. Grace Community to hold Christmas Eve candlelight service
Grace Community Church, 210 McKinley St., Great Bend, will hold its Christmas Eve Candlelight Service this evening at 5:30. In honor of "Glad and Simple Heart Sunday," there will one combined worship service at 10:45 a.m. on Sunday. There will be no Sunday school, Adult Bible Fellowship or youth meetings that day. TWA sponsors Fifth Quarter tonight
The Great Bend Youth Workers Alliance is sponsoring a free Fifth Quarter event tonight, for all Great Bend middle school and high school students. Fifth Quarter starts at 9 p.m. and continues until midnight at the First Assembly of God church, 601 South Patton Road. According to spokesman Ashley Dowgwillo, there will be inflatable games, video games, basketball, free food and a concert by the band Echelon.
First Presbyterian to host Larned Community Service
