You are hereby notified that on the 22nd day of February, 2010, a Petition was filed in the Court by Richard W. Brown, as the named Executor in the Last Will and Testament of Betty L. Oetken deceased, dated February 2, 2009, praying the instrument attached thereto be admitted to probate and record as the Last Will and Testament of the decedent and that Letters Testamentary under the Kansas Simplified Estates Act be issued to the Executor to serve without bond.
You are further advised that under the provisions of the Kansas Simplified Estates Act the Court need not supervise administration of the Estate, and no notice of any action of the Executrix or other proceedings in the administration will be given, except for notice of final settlement of decedents estate.

TO: The resident electors of Unified School District No. 328, Ellsworth County, State of Kansas, and of Unified School District No. 354, Barton County, State of Kansas:
You are hereby notified that on April 6, 2010, there will be an election held in Unified School District No. 328, Ellsworth County, State of Kansas, and in Unified School District No. 354, Barton County, State of Kansas, to submit the question of consolidating the two named school districts, to the voters, as provided for in K.S.A. 72-8701 et seq. All of the resident electors in Unified School District No. 328, Ellsworth County, State of Kansas, and in Unified School District No. 354, Barton County, State of Kansas, shall be entitled to vote at such election.
The proposition to be voted upon is as follows:
"Shall school districts Unified School Districts No. 328, Ellsworth County, State of Kansas and Unified School District No. 354, Barton County, State of Kansas form a consolidated unified school district?"
