Here's a bit of unpublished information. The victim challenged suspected "stabber" to fight. He told him he didn't want to fight. Suspect was holding his tea cup chiuaua dog. Victim ripped said dog by the heas out of suspects arms and threw dog across yard. I want to see Mr. Cooley charged with not only the underage alcohol charge but also criminal animal abuse. Someone ought to make sure Mr. Cooley doesn't go un-pubished!

So just to get everyone straight cuz it was my party and i was within 3 feet of it all and seen it all. It was not an underage party thats why we were telling him to leave, cuz we didnt want minors here. second of all after we all were telling the 7 people who showed up uninvted to leave or put there alchol away and pay 5$ to get in, makenzie said that if he had to pay 5$ then he was leaving so we told him to leave. Cooley never touched his dog Makenzie is the one that said something about his dog, then he got mad when matt said he didnt give a f*** about his dog makenzie then said well i have something for you and thats when he stabbed him. Thats the next thing that needs to be cleared up, is that he got sliced clear across his throat not in his face. Matt could be dead if it would have been less then a 1/4inch deeper. There was no fight there was no threats against makenzie none of us even knew him. He got what he deserved and matt got stabbed for no reason!

So, Dani, no i was not there. Also, you were still going to let them in.. and you were charging for entry so did you have a permit cause if not you would be breaking the law. I am not saying that Mr. Usuro should not get punished but I am saying that there are always two sides to the story. it wasnt illegal cuz we had a dj and if they came in they wouldnt have been drinking and its not illegal for them to be around someone drinking and since you werent there i dont thaink that it was right for you to say all the stuff that you did cuz none of its true!

Matt has been in trouble for a long time and dani news flash peaches: u say it was party and there was alcohol then u were going to take "donation" for minors who were already drinking by ur own admission. do you realize even if u didn't provide 4 them if cops would have busted party u would have gone to jail. guess now u know that the people u run with can get u n2 a mess. and from the sounds of it u need lil help with that whole habitual lying problem u have. also. matt had a gun and shot at people at house party about yr and half ago. i was livin across street. sounds to me like the lil punk got wat he finally deserved. Added to your reply, no one has said that Mr. Usoro should not be punished. And there are laws regarding the points that the other commenters have said. Wether they are enforced on the other hand is a matter for the local PD in this case Hoisington and City Attorney.

Hoisinton has stabbing victim

a halloween party turned violent when a hoisington resident was allegedly stabbed Sunday morning. Hoisington police Capt. Josh Nickerson reprts a call was recieved at 1:31am Sunday from a residence in the 300 block of North Main regarding a resident being stabbed. "There was a party, some subjects arrived from Great Bend and there was an argument and confrontation," Nickerson said. Nickerson said that Matthew Cooley,23, reported he was stabbed after asking a group of uninvited men to leave the party. Nickerson said that an argument ensued and a person identified as Mckenzie Usoro of Great Bend,19, allegeldy stabbed Cooley. Cooley was treated at Clara Barton Hospital. Nickerson said an all points bulletin was issued for a Ford Taurus, which was stopped at 1:38am Sunday near the brick plant south of Hoisington on US 281 by a kansas Highway patrol officer with assistance from the Barton County Sherrifs department. Nickerson said that it was good police work to capture the suspect and good fortune sice the patrol men was headed north to Hoisington on US281. Usoro was arrested into the BArton County Jail on a charge of aggravated battery with a bond set at $100,000. His first appearance will be scheaduled in Barton COunty District Court. Four other passenders were questioned and released.
