POSTED March 16, 2017 2:41 p.m.

Kenny Alefs, sales associate with Coldwell Banker Sell Real Estate, has been honored as a member of the company’s International Sterling Society. This distinguished membership was awarded to the top 17 percent of the approximately 85,000 sales associates worldwide that make up the Coldwell Banker system.
“I am pleased to present Kenny Alefs with the Sterling Society Award,” said Charlie Strong, president and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. “Kenny has gone above and beyond to guarantee that his customers have the tools and expertise to invest in real estate and achieve the American Dream of home ownership.”
“Kenny Alefs has once again had a successful year in the real estate industry. Interest rates remain low and affordability is at historically strong levels, making this one of the smartest times to buy a home,” said Glenna Achatz, broker of Coldwell Banker Sell Real Estate.
Alefs has been a licensed Realtor for 11 years. His extensive sales background gives him valuable insight into the buying and selling process, Strong said.
