Community coat drive begins Monday

POSTED September 10, 2017 1:30 p.m.

People with extra, unwanted coats are encouraged to donate them now for Trinity United Methodist Church’s seventh annual Community Coat Re-Distribution event in October. The coat drive is conducted by the church along with Master Cleaners, which professionally cleans the coats.
Coat collection will run from Sept. 11-30 and the distribution will be from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 7 at the church. Everyone is welcome to receive a coat.
If people would like to donate a coat for the event, they can be dropped off at Master Cleaners, 4600 10th St. Place; Trinity United Methodist Church, 5700 Broadway Ave., or any Great Bend school, including USD 428 schools, Holy Family School and Central Kansas Christian Academy.
