MADISON, Wis. —  American Family Insurance agents Rhonda J Knudson, Shawn L. Panzer and Frank Callahan Jr. have been recognized for providing outstanding customer experience under the American Star Excellence in Customer Experience Certification. They join other American Family agents who have demonstrated the highest level of commitment to outstanding customer service.
Knudson, an agent in Great Bend, has been an agent for American Family since April 1986.  Her office is located at 2201 16th St, Ste A.
Panzer, also an agent in Great Bend,  has been an agent for American Family since September 1996.  His office is located at 1023 Jackson St.  
Callahan is an agent in Great Bend and Larned. He has been an agent for American Family since February 1988. His office is located at 1925 10th St, Great Bend,  and 512 Broadway St, Larned.

The service excellence distinction was determined through an evaluation process conducted under guidelines established through the American Star Excellence in Customer Experience certification. The process consists of a customer satisfaction survey which measures customers’ overall experience with their current American Family agent. Only agencies that perform in the top 20 percent of all insurance agencies nationwide, based on customer satisfaction surveys, are eligible to become American Star Excellence in Customer Experience certified.
