First Kansas Bank employees give to local food banks
First Kansas Bank staff chose to give non perishable food items to local food banks as their charitable giving during the Christmas season. Employees wore jeans on Fridays and Saturdays during the month of December and made food donations to the food banks in Hoisington, Claflin, Great Bend and Hays. Bank staff also encouraged customers to leave food donations at the Bank for delivery to the food bank. The food drive was successful with over 400 items donated to local food banks before Christmas.
