Each pink Cadillac is rewarded when the Director and her Beauty Consultants sell nearly $200,000 in Mary Kay products in six months. Since there are no territories limiting selling or team building efforts, Johnson’s Unit of Independent Beauty Consultants spans across the United States.  This is Johnson’s 13th company career car and her 7th pink Cadillac.
Johnson began her Mary Kay career in 1982 and became an Independent Sales Director in 1988. She is married to Steve and they have 2 children, Lyndsee and Mitch.
