The Fuller Brush Company announced Thursday that Ellen Moran has been promoted to the position of chief financial officer, effective May 2. In her new position, Moran is responsible for the administration of all corporate finance and accounting functions. In addition to these duties, she will also supervise both the Information Technology and Human Resources departments.
Moran joined The Fuller Brush Company in October, 1990, as administrative support coordinator. Since that time, she has received a number of promotions with ever increasing responsibilities. She has served in positions as financial analyst, controller and director of accounting/controller since 2006. She is a certified public accountant and graduated cum laude from Fort Hays State University with a BBA  accounting degree.
Moran, her husband, John, and their son, Josh, have been residents in Great Bend for 19 years.
