The Great Bend Chamber of Commerce staff and Ambassador’s Club hosted a ribbon-cutting at The Fieldhouse for Move Your Mountain Coaching & Consulting. The celebration commemorated the opening of Move Your Mountain’s new public office as well as the business recently joining the Chamber.

Move Your Mountain is owned by Kimberly Becker, a Professional Certified Coach. Becoming a PCC with the International Coaching Federation entails over 120 hours of training, 20 hours of Coach Mentoring and over 500 hours of coaching, working with both individuals and teams. Becker is also a Harrison Debriefer, a Coach Mentor and a Leadership Practitioner.

Becker has been in business for two years and serves more than 50 customers. She can do business worldwide due to the internet. She has coaching connections in multiple states and a few countries such as China, Sweden, Dubai, Ireland, Greece, and others.

“I love to coach leadership development,” Becker said. “If you are a person who desires to develop in leadership regardless of your position, that would be my perfect client. Leadership is not only a position, but it is also an action and I believe that anyone can exercise leadership anywhere, anytime and in any position.”

She described her coaching style as one of patience to see others’ strengths and call that out in them, helping to maximize the clients’ full potential and inspire them. She facilitates leadership training and can also combine leadership training and coaching to make a dynamic difference in the teams she works with.
