Kelsee DeWerff, daughter of Scott DeWerff and Ann (Feist) Christiansen has joined the staff of Hair E-Clips. She is a 2007 graduate of Ellinwood High School and attended B-Street Design School of Cosmetology in Manhattan. She was employed at JC Penney Salon in Manhattan before returning home to Barton County. She specializes in haircuts, color services, styles and perms.
