The Kansas Funeral Directors Association, Inc. recently held their 116th Annual Convention in Overland Park.
At the Tri-State Funeral Directors Convention, funeral directors and embalmers from the states of Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska gathered in Overland Park to participate in many educational opportunities presented by experts in the funeral profession and to view the latest in funeral service supplies, equipment and services displayed by funeral service suppliers.
During the convention, KFDA President Bob Gashaw presented Bill Nicholson, co-owner of Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home of Hoisington and Bryant Funeral Home of Great Bend, with a “50 Year Award” recognizing his 50 years of long and faithful service to the funeral profession.
