Nikki Snow has been recognized for her exemplary customer service at Office Products Inc. – some of which is obvious to customers, some not so obvious.
OPI management recently presented Snow with an Outstanding Professional Achievement certificate for her contributions to the family-owned business.
“Nikki has proven herself to be a real asset to OPI,” Sales Manager Jim Grabbe said. “Customers may know her as their first contact when they call in. But she also handles many other duties that may not be apparent to our customers. Suffice it to say, she is a key factor in helping our business run smoothly.”
In addition to customer service, Snow also is the bookkeeper who handles payroll and accounts receivable in the service and supplies departments.
“I do my best to tend to these responsibilities in a timely manner, which helps us better serve the customer and streamline our in-house record-keeping,” said Snow, who is based in OPI’s Great Bend location. “I have been with OPI only a short time but it was obvious from the beginning that customer service is the priority here.
“When customers walk in, they know they will be helped right away,” she added. “Whether they are selecting office supplies from the shelves or ordering, they can count on one of us to guide them.”
Snow, who was born and raised in Great Bend, graduated from Ellinwood High School in 2009. She also earned an associate’s degree in science from Barton Community College in 2012.
OPI is located at 1204 Main in Great Bend, 516 Broadway in Larned, and 724 N. Main in Russell.
OPI honors Nikki Snow with outstanding achievement award
