Tony Leal-Mendez has been named Pathways December Employee of the Month. Tony is a recent addition to the Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) team. Due to the expansion of this department, he was added to the team in July. Since that time Tony has shown great initiative and compassion for the consumers he serves. He has helped to continue growth within the VR department enabling more individuals in need to be served. Most recently, he stepped up in the absence of the coordinator and kept things running smoothly for the consumers and employers in her absence.
