John Lowe

Due to the enormous help we received from many staff during the snow storms at the end of February, deciding on an employee of the month was very difficult. Therefore, the management team decided on Co-employees of the Month for two very deserving individuals.
John Lowe has been caring for Pathways clients since 2009 in various capacities. He is a true team player. He will help will all parts of the agency; from maintenance to helping with direct care. Most recently he was available day and night to ensure clients were safe by cleaning snow during the storms and providing transportation to staff unable to drive safely in the snow. He does not have to be asked for the help, he offers and just jumps in to help in any way that is needed. John always puts the clients first and goes the extra mile to ensure they live in a safe environment.
Kaylene Stone has been caring for Pathways for just a short period of time, but has already shown her high level of care and dedication. During the snow storms she worked an enormous amount of hours to care for clients when staff that live farther away, could not safely get to work. Kaylene agreed to work double shifts, stay on site to sleep a few hours, then return for another double shift. In spite of being exhausted, she continued to give excellent care to the clients she has grown to love.
