Southwind Drilling, Inc. of Ellinwood has promoted Jill Wahlmeier to Vice President/Operations. Jill oversees daily drilling information and statistics, contracts, and assists with marketing. Todd Morgenstern, President/CEO commented, “Jill’s organizational skills and forward thinking have allowed us to become much more efficient in our operations. She is very professional and has become a valued member of our management team and is very deserving of this promotion.” Jill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Fort Hays State University.
Steve Arnold has accepted the position of Vice President/Chief Financial Officer. Steve has been with Southwind Drilling, Inc. for 10 years and has been responsible for the day to day accounting activities and payroll during that time. Morgenstern stated “Steve’s knowledge and past work experience in this industry has been invaluable to us. He’s the ultimate team player.” Steve holds an Accounting Degree from Fort Hays State University.
