Mary Kay Independent Sales Directors Jil Johnson and Rita Krause have both earned the use of the exclusive Mary Kay pink Cadillac, the most coveted incentive awarded by Mary Kay Inc.

Krause and Johnson recently took delivery of their new pearlized pink 2019 XT5 Cadillacs from Marmie Cadillac in Great Bend. This marks Krause’s 17th and Johnson’s 18th career car since beginning their businesses. Mary Kay independent sales force members earn the use of pink Cadillacs by meeting and exceeding goals set within their Mary Kay businesses.

As sales directors, both Johnson and Krause chose to provide education, leadership and motivation to other Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants and offer their clients high quality Mary Kay products.

“Each new Mary Kay car reminds me of the wonderful opportunity we have to work for a company that provides such great rewards,” said Krause. “Our Mary Kay prizes and awards are symbols of how many customers and consultants we have helped along the way and our support system focuses on empowering and assisting all women.”

“It’s an honor to accept this pink Cadillac from Mary Kay Inc. based on the consistency of the women I have the privilege to train and encourage across the U.S.,” said Johnson. “Passing on Mary Kay Ash’s dream for women to be all that they can be is important to me.”

“Mary Kay has continued to provide a rewarding opportunity selling irresistible products and changing the lives of women around the world for 55 years,” said Laura Beitler, vice president of sales for Mary Kay Inc. “The use of career cars earned by the independent sales force are just one of the ways our Independent Beauty Consultants are rewarded for their success. We are proud to recognize them for their hard work, entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to their Mary kay businesses.”

Since the Career Car Program’s inception in 1969, more than 157,000 Independent sales force members have qualified or re-qualified to earn the use of a Mary Kay career car. Currently, 5,000 Mary Kay career cars are on the road nationwide with approximately 1,100 of those being the coveted Mary Kay pink Cadillac.
