An American Legion send-off was held for Trey Buffington, son of Shauna Buffington, on July 20 at the Great Bend Legion Post 180. Trey left for the Air Force on July 24 and will be stationed in San Antonio, Texas, for basic training. He plans to make the military his career with a focus in security.
