Anna Folkerts, formerly of Great Bend, will celebrate her 80th birthday, Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022. She was born on Oct. 1, 1942. Her family will celebrate privately with her but requests a card shower in honor of this milestone birthday.

Anna’s family includes her husband of 55 years, Wendel Folkerts; three sons, Bret of Hays, Chad (Lori) of Rush Center, and Oliver of Winnipeg, Canada; and two daughters, Jeni (Terry) Hanken and Jill (Mark) Reifschneider, both of McPherson; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
