Alvin (Al) and Delores Grose of Great Bend, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a card shower.
Delores Bieber and Alvin Grose were united in marriage on June 14, 1953, at the Methodist Church in Bazine. Al is retired from Southwestern Bell. Delores is a homemaker. They have three children, Pam and Rod Smith, of Sterling, Cindy and Chuck Putters, of Peachtree City, Ga. and Bruce and Pattie Grose, of Colorado Springs, Colo. Grandchildren are Emma and Travis Cox, Lydia and Brent Douglas, Mariah and Brent Schneider, Emmy Jo and Garrett Perkins, Cortney and Chelcee Putters and Nolan Grose. They have three great-grandchildren, Reece and Oliver Schneider and Beckett Cox.
