Russell (Speedy) and Wanda Hoberecht will celebrate their 60th anniversary on Sept. 20, with a family dinner and a card shower.
Wanda Kirkman and Russell Hoberecht were united in marriage on Sept. 20, 1953. Russell is retired from KOCH Industries. Wanda is retired from Sears. The couple raised three children Mark Hoberecht (Cheryl) of Great Bend, Kirk Hoberecht of Salida Colo., and Lisa Kjellberg (Stan) of Hutchinson. They have six grandchildren, Nicholas and Andrew Kjellberg, Kristen, Cassie, and Jace Hoberecht and Vanessa Hoberecht Reece (Travis); and two great-granddaughters, Skylar and Maddie Bowers.
