Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Link of Great Bend will celebrate their 60th anniversary on March 26 with a family dinner.
Kenneth Link and Shirley Wallace were united in marriage on March 27, 1951, at the Holy Name Church in Bushton. They have five children, Linda and James Meyeres of Chase, Denise and Jack Barbour of San Angelo, Texas and Rita and Lynn Bownes of Great Bend, the late Kent and the late Mark Link; daughter-in-law Janis Link of Great Bend; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Kenneth is retired after 55 years as the owner of Chase Well Service Inc. Shirley is a homemaker and has been a part time retail sales person.
