Bob and Evelyn Wilson, of Great Bend, will celebrate their 60th anniversary on Aug. 9 with family at Lake Afton.
The couple was united in marriage on Aug. 9, 1953 in St. John. Bob retired from the COOP in 2001 after 47 years of employment. Evelyn retired in 1999 from Central Kansas Medical Center. They have two daughters, Connie Wildeman of Hays and Sandra Stevens of Wichita; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
