Velma V. Stieben of Otis celebrated her 90th birthday on May 28th.
The daughter of Henry and Anna Miller, Velma was born on May 28, 1924, at a farm home southeast of Galatia. She and her late husband, Lester, were co-owners/operators of Stieben Service in Otis for many years. Her children are Kenneth and Wanda Stieben and Linda D. Stieben, all of Otis; grandchildren Robin Stieben of Otis and Tiffany Stieben of Lyons; great-grandchildren Darian, Breanne and Colton Schloemer, all of Otis, and Braedyn Stieben of Lyons; and great-great-grandchild Weston Schloemer of Otis.
