Wilma Fraser of Larned will celebrate her 100th birthday with a reception from 2 to 5 p.m. on March 9 at Glory Be, 7th and Broadway, in Larned. Hosts for the event will be her daughters, Janet Spomer and Judy Flamer. Friends, relatives, former students and community members are invited to attend.
