Bob Broeckelman, retired Farm Credit Association executive from Wichita, gave the PowerPoint presentation “How to Match People Up with the Right Jobs” at the May 24 meeting of the Great Bend Rotary Club. Dr. Broeckelman has led discussions on this topic for more than 80 groups over the years. His recommendations have been known to save a business thousands of dollars by hiring the right employee. The Great Bend Chamber of Commerce plans to invite Broeckelman to speak to its Human Resources roundtable later in the year.
