Cheyenne Bottoms Naturalists —  6 p.m. at the Kansas Wetlands Education Center. Butterflies are Free. What’s better than watching dozens of butterflies frolicking through the prairie?  Getting out there and seeing them up close!  We’ll head out to the KWEC nature trail armed with butterfly nets to get an up close and personal look at our local butterfly species.  Bring your bug spray, as butterflies are not the only hungry insects outdoors at this time of year! You’ll also have the chance to sign up for the KWEC’s annual butterfly count!
