The Great Bend Saddle Club held its annual Silly Chili Play Day on Oct. 27 for members and the public. A costume contest for participants and/or their horses was held. Winners in the children’s division were: 1st- Olivia Keller, 2nd- Justice Keller, 3rd- Samantha Ledesma. In the adult division, winners were 1st- Julie Keller, 2nd- Judy Demel, 3rd- Wanda Schroeder. Following the costume contest were trail, poles and flag relay games. Prizes for the day were donated by Great Bend Coop, Countryside Veterinary, The Boot doctor, High Call Outfitters and O’Reilly Automotive. Chili and desserts were served.
