Progress Club met on May 1 for the final meeting of the 2016-17 club year. A short business session approved one change to the club constitution and one change to the club by-laws. Pat Kluesner stated that the Nominating Committee had all positions filled for next year.
Hostess Linda Dougherty and co-hostess Judy Turner and Judy Fox provided a very special afternoon with the theme “Graduation Tea.” Members had been asked to bring a high school or college picture of themselves. The group was then asked to try to identify each person, a very difficult but fun task.
To conclude the afternoon, the hostess held a “Graduation Tea.”
The next meeting will be Oct. 2.
