Terry and Jodee Anderson of Sulphur Springs, Texas, announce the engagement of their daughter Jessica Blackwell Anderson, to Ryan Keith Kultgen, son of Keith and Michelle Kultgen of Dike, Texas. Grandparents of the bride-elect are the late Roscoe and Merle Blackwell and the late Calvin and Mariette Anderson. Grandparents of the prospective groom are Joe and Brenda Kultgen of Great Bend and Ed and Darlene Stoss of Hoisington.
The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Sulphur Springs High School. In 2010 she graduated from Baylor University with a masters in Accounting. She is a CPA at Alliance Bank.
The prospective groom is a 2003 graduate of Sulphur Springs High School. In 2009, he graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelors degree in Agriculture Business. He is employed by L-3 Communications in Greenville, Texas.
The wedding is planned for Aug. 17, in Tyler, Texas.
