Shane and Jill Boultinghouse of Great Bend announce the engagement of their daughter Abby Leigh Boultinghouse, to Omar Leyva, son of Maythe Martinez of Queretaro, Mexico and Roberto Leyva of Thousand Oaks, Calif. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Jack and Helen Karls of Selden, and the late Richard and late Phyllis Fredrickson. The prospective groom is the grandson of Ruben and Guadalupe Martinez of Santiago de Queretaro, Queretaro Mexico and the late Julia Granados.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. She is employed as the Southern California Representative for a New York based hospitality company while pursuing her interior design business.
The prospective groom studied acting and communications at Santa Monica College. He is an actor in the Film and TV industry as well as the founder and creative director of his own production company On Location.
The wedding is planned for November in Guanajuato, Mexico.
