Darren and Renee Buntain announce the engagement of their daughter Jordyn Nicole Buntain to Kristopher Michael Southard, son of Michael and RaShann Southard.
The bride-elect is a 2010 graduate of Great Bend High School. In 2014, she graduated from Washburn University with an RN Nursing degree. She is employed on the inpatient oncology floor at The University of Kansas Hospital in Kansas City.
The prospective groom is a 2010 graduate of Great Bend High School. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 2014, with a chemistry degree. He is a medical student at the University of Kansas Medical School and will graduate in 2018.
The wedding is planned for Feb. 28, at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Great Bend.
