Ray and Linda Everhart of Gypsum, announce the engagement of their daughter Andrea C. Everhart, to Brad J. Birzer, son of Steve and Brenda Birzer of Ellinwood.
The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Southeast of Saline High School in Gypsum. In 2011, she graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Elementary Education. She is currently pursuing a graduate degree from Kansas State University. She is employed as a first grade teacher at Ellinwood Grade School.
The prospective groom is a 2000 graduate of Ellinwood High School. He attended Barton Community College and Kansas State University. He is a farmer in northern Barton County.
The wedding is planned for Sept. 13, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Ellinwood.
