Tony and Michelle Hinson of Great Bend announce the engagement of their daughter, Janell Renee Hinson, to Matthew Brian Simmons, son of Brian and Yvonne Simmons of Great Bend.
The bride-elect is a 2012 graduate of Johnson County Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She is employed as a registered dental hygienist for Dr. David Hart in Great Bend.
The prospective groom is a 2012 graduate of Fort Hays State University with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance. He is employed as an Activity Specialist at the Larned Juvenile Correctional Facility.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 12 at First Southern Baptist Church in Great Bend.
