Kenny Koerner of Ness City announces the engagement of his daughter Chrissy Koerner, to Spencer Musgrove, son of Jim and Barbara Musgrove of Claflin. The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Patty Koerner.
The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Ness City High School. In 2009, she graduated from Emporia State University with a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. She is a certified visual services counselor employed by the state of Oklahoma Department of  Rehabilitation.
The prospective groom is a 2003 graduate of Claflin High School. In 2007, he graduated from Emporia State University with a bachelor’s degree in Geology. He is employed as a Petroleum Geologist for FIML Natural Resources in Oklahoma City, Okla.
The wedding is planned for Sept. 29 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ness City.
