Marty and Karen Loving of Pawnee Rock announce the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany, to Daniel Cutting, son of Dennis and Carol Cutting of Manhattan. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bob and Dorothy Maneth of Great Bend and Aletha Loving Pawnee Rock and the late Jack Loving.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Larned High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kansas State University. She is the fiscal officer for the Veterinary Health Center at Kansas State University.  
The prospective groom graduated from Manhattan High School. He attended the University of New Mexico. He is the IT and Operations Team Manager at GTM Sportswear.
The wedding will be April 20 at Seven Dolors Catholic Church in Manhattan.
