Tracy and David Wood of Chase and Kevin and Jamie Miller of Great Bend announce the engagement of their daughter, Jenna Lynne Miller to Ryan Dean Applebee, son of Dennis and Geneva Applebee of Hoisington.
The bride-elect is a 2010 graduate of Chase High School. In 2011, she graduated from Barton Community College with a degree in Business Administration. She is employed as the tourism coordinator for the Convention and Visitors Bureau in Great Bend.
The prospective groom is a 2003 graduate of Hoisington High School. He is employed as a diesel technician at Central Power System & Services in Great Bend.
The wedding is set for Oct. 4 at the Church of the Nazarene in Hoisington.
