Curtis Robinson of Great Bend and Paula Robinson of Larned announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsay Robinson, to Thomas Penka Jr., son of Tom and Bonita Penka of Olmitz.
The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Great Bend High School. In 2006, she graduated from Barton Community College with an Associates of Science degree, an Associates of Applied Science degree and a degree in Medical Laboratory Technology. She is employed as a Document Imaging Specialist at Clara Barton Hospital in Hoisington.
The prospective groom is a 2006 graduate of Otis-Bison High School. In 2009, he graduated from Barton Community College with a Associates of Science degree and in 2011 from North Central Kansas Technical College in Beloit with a Journeyman License. He is employed as a Journey Electrician at Hammeke Electric in Great Bend.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 12 at St. Ann’s Catholic church in Olmitz.
