Mark and Julie Smith of Great Bend announce the engagement of their daughter Olivia Anne Smith to Cody Lee Lopez, son of Robert and Cathy Lopez of Stillwater, Okla.
The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Great Bend High School. In 2011, she graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in American Studies. She is employed by USD 428 and Holy Family School.
The prospective groom is a 2006 graduate of Guymon High School in Guymon, Okla. In 2012, he graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Animal Science. He is employed as a manager for OTR Feeders in Colorado.
The wedding is planned for April 5 at the St. Patrick Church in Great Bend.
