The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Edward and Darlene Stoss of Hoisington, Jim Burnette of Larned and Judy Burnette of Great Bend and great-granddaughter of Hilda Chakir of Great Bend. The prospective groom is the grandson of Victor and Mary Rose Oberle of Claflin.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Great Bend High School. She attended Barton Community College. She is employed by BCC as a Technical Support Specialist.
The prospective groom is a graduate of Claflin High School. He attended North Central Kansas Technical College. He is employed as a mechanic for Manweiler Chevrolet in Hoisington.
The wedding is planned for Feb. 9 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Parish in Claflin.
