Mitchell and Julia Weber of Hays announce the engagement of daughter Rebecca Ann Weber, to Dace Andrew Winkelman, son of Terry and Nancy Winkelman and Michelle and Bob Edwards, all of Ellinwood.
The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Thomas Moore Prep Marion. She graduated from Fort Hays State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse at Emerald Health Services in Marina Del Rey, Calif.
The prospective groom is a 2001 graduate of Ellinwood High School. He graduated from Barton Community College in 2005 with an associates degree in Applied Science and an associates degree in Nursing. He is employed as a registered nurse at Emerald Health Services in Marina Del Rey, Calif.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 16 at St. Fidelis Catholic Church in Victoria.
