The Great Bend Noon Lions Club expressed their appreciation to the first responders of the community at their recent meeting at Playa Azul. Chief Luke McCormick of the Fire Department, Lt. Jason Settle of the Police Department and Lt. Steve Billinger and new deputy Alex Mason of the Barton County Sheriffs Office were treated to lunch and presented with boxes filled with various snack items. Club President Cindy Brooke thanked them for their many hours of service and dedication to our community.
