SCIENCEDOM There were two shows I loved to watch after I got home from elementary school. One was "Batman: The Animated Series" and the other was "Bill Nye, the Science Guy."
As a grade schooler, I thought Bill Nye was brilliant and hilarious. I am now 33 years old and have a regular job and three kids and guess what, I found out today that I still think Bill Nye is brilliant and hilarious.
In this video from Wired, Bill Nye answers questions from folks on Twitter, and it's probably going to be the most entertaining 8 minutes of your day. Nye answers questions ranging from "are avocados good for you?" to "are organic foods a sham?" And Nye has an answer for all of them. He's even got a great answer for "are you free for dinner tonight?"
All I know here is that 8 minutes was not enough, I need another Bill Nye show. Hear that universe? I need a new Bill Nye show. What's that? He is? On Netflix? Nevermind, universe, we're cool.
"Bill Nye Saves the World" is now available on Netflix.
