The spring meeting of the Kansas Quilters Organization will be held June 3-4 at the Dodge City Community College in Dodge City. The featured speaker is Jodi Barrows, creator of the Square in a Square piecing technique. She will present a workshop on June 3, and give lectures and a trunk show on June 4. Other workshops are to be presented by Pauline Reiger, Burrton; Jenny Schwieterman, Syracuse; and Tammy Robbins, Dodge City.

KQO was founded in 1984 to stimulate an interest in quilts, provide education, and advance the art of quilting. Membership is open to anyone interested in quilting. The fall meeting will be held on Oct. 7-9, in Parsons.
