Bill and Wanda Madden will celebrate their 75th wedding anniversary with an Open House from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7 at the Heritage Senior Center, 103 N Main, Ellinwood.

Bill and Wanda (Scheufler) Madden were married Sept. 7, 1949, at First Baptist Church, Ellinwood. They are retired from farming and homemaking and are residing in an assisted living facility in Great Bend. They have three children (hosts of the celebration), Pam (Kerry) Hendricks of Great Bend, Tamara Madden of Hutchinson, and the late Tom Madden. They have seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
