Bill and Robin Niederee of Great Bend announce the engagement of their daughter Sarah Niederee to Gabe Franklin, son of Christopher Franklin of Tulsa, Okla., and Roeshal Franklin of Carthage, Mo.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Kansas State University with a bachelor of science in agriculture and a masters degree in agribusiness. She is employed as a commercial manager with ADM in Decatur, Ill.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Evangel University in Springfield, Mo., with a bachelor of science degree in exercise science. He is employed with Orthopedic Solutions, an agency of Arthrex as a sports medicine and distal extremity sales representative.

The wedding is planned for Sept. 2 in Randolph, Kan.
