Preceptor Pi chooses service project

Preceptor Pi met on Nov. 3 at Farmers Bank Meeting Room. The club’s service project will be helping St. Francis with gifts for teens who seem to be left out at Christmas time. The program was on pecans.

At the Nov. 18 meeting an interesting article was read from the Torch about a woman from Lincoln setting up the first Beta Sigma Pi chapter in that town in 2019. The program was given by a member who brought a few of her collection of salt and pepper shakers and told the history of them.

The next meeting was set for Dec. 1. The Christmas meeting will be held at Delgados on Dec. 15.
